KSD Catalogue

Build the digital team your work actually needs.

KSD is building bounded AI Workers, products and reusable workflows for real work. The difference is structural: the system separates who asks, who acts, who verifies, and what counts as proof.

Public status is explicit. A concept, source build or demo is not presented as released simply because it exists.

Start with a role

AI Workers built around specific jobs.

Instead of one assistant pretending to do everything, KSD separates work into accountable roles that can be combined without erasing boundaries.

In development

Secretary

Intake, organization, communication and administrative support inside explicit permissions.

In development

Manager

Coordinates assignments, progress, blockers and next actions without becoming the execution authority.

In development

Android Worker

Performs approved bounded work directly on supported Android devices and control surfaces.

In development

Researcher

Investigates, compares and prepares decision support while leaving the decision with the authorized person.

In development

Builder

Creates and configures approved assets, workflows and operational setups.

In development

Ranger

Executes bounded operational work across approved systems and execution surfaces.

KSD Workspace

The governed place where the person actually works.

Workspace is the human operating environment for KSD: one protected place for approved tools, context, communication, rooms and mission visibility. It is not the control plane. Dispatch still governs execution; Orbit still verifies independently.

WorkspaceHuman-facing environment and security perimeter.
DispatchAuthority, routing, execution and mission-state control.
Workers + SkillsBounded capabilities admitted only for the job.
OrbitIndependent verification before supported state changes.
Fluid workflow canvas

See the work move without hiding authority.

This is the public interaction pattern KSD is building toward. It explains how a governed job should move; it is not a live mission or proof receipt.

03Workflow mapShow the required steps, roles and proof gates.
04ApprovalHuman authority is required where the action demands it.
05ExecutionA bounded worker acts within the admitted mission.
06Proof receiptOrbit verifies evidence before Dispatch accepts the state change.

Illustrative workflow · public product pattern · not a live execution record.

Midnight Lens — by KSD Labs

One tap. One purpose. Temporary access.

Midnight Lens is the human-facing privacy, identity, consent, selective-disclosure and proof layer. It remains a distinct product with its own dedicated domain and visual identity.

In development

Privacy boundaries stay visible.

User content is designed to remain on-device or in user-controlled cloud storage by default. KSD-managed storage is not implied by using the product.

Governing architecture

Dispatch controls. Orbit verifies.

KSD does not treat a worker response as proof that the job is complete.

Dispatch

Owns mission state, authority, assignment and governed execution. Workers act inside bounded missions; they do not become the control plane.

Orbit

Independently checks the evidence, challenges unsupported success claims and cannot mutate Dispatch state. Verification and execution stay structurally separate.

Journal

Build in public without pretending everything is finished.

The Journal separates founder perspective, useful guides, build updates and real launches so readers can tell direction from proof.

Founder’s NotesPerspective and product intent.
Useful GuidesPractical explanations for normal people.
Build UpdatesWhat changed and what remains unproven.
LaunchesOnly when release and proof gates are satisfied.
The Rest of UsTechnology explained without requiring a technical identity.
